Pre-Conception Counseling
$250
Applied towards balance of future Birth package. These visits are for families wanting to become pregnant and start that journey by improving their health and knowledge prior to conception. These visits could include lab work, nutritional and supplemental guidance, and conception education.
Placenta Encapsulation
$150
Our clients have the option of having their placenta encapsulated. Using the Traditional Chinese Method each placenta generally yields 100-150 capsules. Placenta consumption benefits may include: increase general energy, increase milk production, decrease likelihood of iron deficiency. Complimentary cord keepsake and placenta print included.
We can also offering personalized homeopathic placenta remedies to support both mother and baby’s long-term health and well-being. Using a small sample of your placenta, we create a customized homeopathic remedy in two potencies designed to promote hormonal balance, emotional stability, and overall vitality.

Learning to chart your cycle is key to understanding your body and monitoring your health. Learning from a FEMM Teacher provides you with feedback on your charting.
Your FEMM chart informs you of the changing patterns of estrogen and progesterone in your body. You’ll learn that ovulation is an important sign of health and how to identify this event in your cycle. With FEMM charting, you join the elite group of 3% of the world’s women who understand this cyclic hormonal interplay and are empowered to manage their health and fertility.

Ultrasound
We offer in house ultrasound services. Services are provided by Irene Stephanitsis RT(s), RDMS, through her company Ultra Imaging. Exams are performed in our office. The results are then sent to a Radiologist to be read. Payment is expected at time of services and not included in our fee.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Part of our Birth Services package includes an hour long introductory pelvic floor assessment.
